Contribute

The Debugger is a platform that aims to foster fruitful dialogue regarding some of the most important topics of our time. There are several ways in which you can contribute to this project.

Publish with us

Do you have an article or an idea that you'd like to publish with us? You can contact us at [email protected]. Also, check below the guidelines for contributors.

Guidelines for authors and contributors

  • A manuscript should roughly have between 1 and 3 pages, but we're not strict about the minimum or maximum of words.
  • Contributions can be made in English. If you want to submit something in another language, we can evaluate the possibility of translating it into English. Possible contributions could be made in Spanish, Catalan, or Italian.
  • No contributions made partial or entirely by AI are accepted.
  • The only accepted use of AI is minor reviewing, such as spellchecking.
  • Your opinion does not have to align with the editorial line of the Debugger. That said, we will not admit proposals that go against our core values.

Get involved

Do you have ideas to improve this project? Would you like to contribute with your work, without necessarily wanting to write? Then you can take a more active role in shaping The Debugger, bringing with you your own expertise along. You can contact us at [email protected]

The Debugger is entirely run by volunteers who pay the costs associated to the maintenance of the project out of their own pocket. We do not have any sponsorships, or paywalled content. If you want to contribute to secure the future of The Debugger, an economical contribution is one of the most easy ways of doing so. We are working on setting up donations, so stay tuned!

You can find our donation policy below. And of course, in case of doubt, you can reach us at [email protected]

Donation policy

  • Donating will not grant you access to any extra content: every publication in The Debugger is for free, and available to anyone.
  • Donations can never be used to influence any publication or editorial choice.
